MildKat Commission Terms of Service
By commissioning me for a custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service below
Any statement is subject to change upon discussion with the artist prior to the start of the work.

All commissions must all be paid in full before work on the piece will be started.
III. PROCESS
In progress images will only be given upon request if the price exceeds $50. They may also be given if the artist has questions about the commission.
Completion time can be up to 3 months depending on many factors including, but not limited to:
Order in commission queue, complexity, artist health, work, or emergencies. If there are any issues you will be notified as soon as possible.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do my best to create work to the commissioner’s specifications, however, once a piece is finished, only small changes can be made without additional cost such as minor coloring or marking mistakes.
Major changes such as an outfit or background change, or anything else that requires something to be drawn completely will be subject to additional charges.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
The artist holds every right to the completed artwork and may use it for self-promotion and display or post it to any site of their choosing.
The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. They may claim ownership of any of their original characters, but not the drawing itself. They may use the drawing to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

VI. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
The artist retains the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. Once paid, the commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund. If payment has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If a payment dispute is filed against the artist, the commissioner loses all rights to any artwork created for them and will not be considered as a client again. The artist retains the right to sell the artwork to new buyers.

- Needlessly rude comments or behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

- Take credit for the creation of the artwork
- Remove any watermarks or signatures
- Alter the artwork without the artist’s consent
